638 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 638 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 638 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 638's services.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use this platform under any circumstances.
These terms apply to all users of the 638 platform regardless of device, location within Malaysia, or method of access. The Bahasa Melayu version of these terms is the official binding version.

Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 638 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice. You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and any other verification details required.
Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party. Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.
Password Security
You are responsible for keeping your 638 account password confidential. Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the 638 support team immediately.
638 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any such request is a fraudulent attempt and should be disregarded.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the 638 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or activities that could compromise the integrity of the games
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways that contradict the terms of the respective offer
- Disrupting or damaging the platform's technical infrastructure
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the 638 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No currency conversion fees apply, as 638 operates entirely in MYR for the convenience of local users.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including DuitNow, Boost, and FPX bank transfer. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account name used for deposits matches the registered 638 account details. Deposits that cannot be matched may be delayed or require additional verification.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to successful identity verification and fulfilment of any wagering requirements tied to active bonuses. 638 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, as a standard security measure. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for any taxes or tax obligations that may apply to their winnings under applicable Malaysian law. 638 bears no responsibility for any user's personal tax liabilities.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
638 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any term set out in this document
- Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted fraud
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Misuse of the platform's promotion or bonus system
- Requests from legitimate legal authorities
If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of 638's internal investigation.
Platform Liability Limits
The 638 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". 638 makes no guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
638 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of expected winnings, missed opportunities, or data loss.
638's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and other materials on the 638 platform are the exclusive property of 638 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, publicly display, or modify any content without prior written consent from 638.
The 638 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 638 has no control over the content or privacy practices of such third parties and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of those third-party websites.
638 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
